During a Reiki session, the client rests comfortably on the massage table while the practitioner gently places hands on or slightly above specific energy centers (chakras) along the body. This non-invasive therapy encourages deep mental stillness, clears energetic stagnation, reduces stress, and fosters a restorative sense of inner peace.
